Solo Traveler
This hotel surpassed my expectations. I stayed only one night and did not get to explore the hotel, but my room was amazing! They bed was clean and comfortable! The room was perfect! Family with Teens
This hotel is in the heart of Beverly hills. It tries to be hip with a cool design and blaring music in the lobby. It is an odd layout where most of the rooms are below the lobby level, but they are sunny because the hotel is on a hillside. The pool looked beautiful but I didn't have time to use it. The staff was odd. It definitely had a cat's-away-mice-will-play feel to the place. I don't know where the boss was, but she/he wasn't there when I was. They would ignore me at the front desk to finish chatting with each other. One staff member showed me where the computer was and, after 1/2 hour trying to get it to work, I returned to the front desk to have another staff member say Oh, that hasn't worked in ages, as if I should have known. ...read more

The roon was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge! The only thing i didnt like was the walls were so thin I can hear the alarm clock going off next door at 4:30 am and I was woke up at 1:00am because some one was knocking on the door across the hall. ...read more

Hard to get into if you are driving up. Parking is $28.00 per night with in and out privileges. If you walk - hotel is at top of very steep hill. Elevators slow or non appearing. Staff is very helpful. ...read more
